Anytime I reset it, I would get a performance improvement for a while. So, I wrote a Shortcut to reset the bluetooth stack. Things improved.Īfter a while, I would still get this experience. I decided to drop use of my AirPods Pro while docked and switch to a USB microphone and headset. My audio would become choppy when using all three of these devices and the keyboard would sometimes become unresponsive, as you described. For my Macbook, I got the MX Master S3 and the MX Keys keyboard along with use of my Apple AirPods Pro. I have been using them for a long time and was a rather early adopter. It felt great, was durable, and I never had any issues. I love bluetooth in general and really loved my first bluetooth keyboard in about 2008 from Dell. I am absoloutely convinced this is a macOS issue and not a Logitech issue and I really want it solved. Willing to try anything else as this is my favorite keyboard to date. Since my MacBook seamlessly connects with the other bluetooth devices including other keyboards, I highly doubt macOS to be the culprit. Despite confirming that iOS and macOS are not the same OS the Logitech rep said that because the keyboard connects to a mobile device fine, there should be no issue connecting to the Mac. Spoke with Logitech support and was told this is a known issue but that Logitech is taking no responsibility. Keyboard has full permissions and full input monitoring.Connects with iPhone 14 Pro iOS16.2 with no issue.Fully deleted and reinstalled Logi Options and FirmwareUpdateTool (never connects to keyboard).Issue: MX Keys for Mac lose Bluetooth connection with 3-5 seconds of activity. Adding my quest to find a resolution to this growing problem.
